Dan-Olof Stenlund .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Is also a graduate of orchestra conducting at the<a href=\"https:\/\/www.mdw.ac.at\/\"> \u2019Universit\u00e4t f\u00fcr Musik und Darstellende Kunst Wien<\/a> at prof. Uro\u0161 Lajovic .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He has conducted a wide range of performances of passions and masses by Mozart, Bach, H\u00e4ndel and others, as well as a large number of symphonic works.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With his former choir, <a href=\"https:\/\/akademisk-kor-aarhus.dk\/\">\u2019Academic Choir Aarhus\u2019<\/a>, he conducted several hundred concerts, has won numerous first \u2013 prices, including the award as \u2019Best Conductor\u2019 at the 8. International Choir Festival in Beijing, and \u2019Grand Prix\u2019 in Rome 2015, represending Denmark in the first EBU \u2019Choral of the year\u2019 competition, and recorded several CDs, including on the label \u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/www.naxos.com\/Search\/KeywordSearchResults\/?q=ole%20faurschou\">Naxos<\/a>\u2019. \u00a0His present choir, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lillemuko.dk\/\">&#8216;Universitetskoret Lille MUKO&#8217;<\/a> , is regarded as one of Denmarks leading choirs. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He has conducted most professional orchestras in Denmark, and has toured most of Europe, in China and the United States.<br><br>He has worked as chorus master of <a href=\"https:\/\/kglteater.dk\/medvirkende\/d\/det-kongelige-operakor\">\u2019The royal opera chorus\u2019<\/a>, and conducted several operas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He is very active in working with the musical education of children and young people. For many years, he conducted the symphony orchestra at OrkesterEfterskolen in Holstebro, and was behind the upstart of &#8216;Holstebro Music Classes&#8217; and \u2019Jutland Youth Symphony Orchestra\u2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He is Teacher of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.malkocompetition.dk\/academy\">\u2019International Malko conducting academy<\/a>\u2019 at \u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/drkoncerthuset.dk\/\">Danish Broadcasting Corporation\u2019<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fluent in danish, spanish, german and english.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Made his debut as a conductor in 2003 from \u2019The Royal Danish Academy of Music\u2019 after studies in the choir conducting class of prof.
